Well I didn't make it back on before the end of February so I technically remain a month behind in my resolution however it sure bets the heck out of last years measly 2 posts. I intended to get Valentine's day pictures up (still may do that) and soon it will be Chloe's birthday. Can't believe my girl is turning 3 years old! Time flies as they say. I also can't believe that I am having a Lightening McQueen birthday party for my girl either but she does love Cars. I have seen that movie lots along with Daddy and Nana.
Well, it's a short and sweet blog tonight. I really would like to word vomit and vent all this drama and frustration surrounding my life these days but I don't think that would be a good idea. I just wish that people fighting with each other would keep my office out of it but I can't turn a blind eye to breaking the law either. Grrrr!
I will have Chloe's birthday pictures up and catch up on my posts. Maybe I'll even get ahead! Here's to wishful thinking!!!

My one and only New Year's Resolution was to update the blog at least once a month this year. Hopefully I will get on here more than that. We started off the year pretty uneventful especially since December was so jam packed with birthdays, Christmas, Christmas festivities, the birth of our niece and Sadie's first birthday. On Jan. 2nd we had a birthday party for her. Then on Jan. 10th Chloe, along with Mommy, was in her first dance recital but no one could take pictures up on the stage.
So here we are and it's Feb. 1st so hopefully I will have another post by the end of the month!

Chloe and Sadie are becoming great friends and playmates.

Sadie has figured out how to get in and out of lots of places.
Chloe took this picture as we rang in the new year at 12 EST/9 PST. We think we're sneaky parents!

A day at the zoo

We took a trip to the zoo with Michelle, Keeley and Kiera Chard. I'm not sure if the Michelle's were brave or just plain nuts! Actually we had a really fun time and the girls were great. I am totally bringing a camcorder next time!

Family of 4

So this is our first attempt at this blogging thing. I have never been much of a journalist, never kept a diary but we like to keep our family and friends up to date on what is going on in our lives. Besides, who doesn't like to talk about their kids?

We are making the adjustment as a family of 4. We are enjoying getting to know Sadie and her little personality. Chloe does really well with her and seems taken by the fact that she has hands, hair and eyes like the rest of us. Aaron was able to be home with us for the first month of Sadie's life and was home on Christmas break with Chloe before that. I (Michelle) have been home with both girls by myself now for almost a month. I am sad and looking forward to going back to work March 2nd.
